I'll be honest with you, I'm sick of hearing these fitness myths.

Maybe you've heard that you are supposed to eat 30 minutes after you workout, or else you will lose all your muscle. Or you've thought that the more you workout, the faster you will get results. Or someone told you that squatting is bad for your knees, and deadlifting is bad for you back. Maybe you're trying to turn fat into muscle. Or maybe you're trying to tone your muscles.
